IMPORTANT Small FAQ

Q)???I cant login to FTP, It says I have entered a bad username or password !
A)???This is usually because the full FTP username has not been entered?eg.,
????admin@wendy.byethost5.com (or whatever username you created in the
Cpanel)

A)???This is usually caused by not uploading your web documents into the
htdocs folder when in FTP. OR not replacing / removing our
