客戶自己下的訂單,然後自己不喜歡,就試圖的想要說是我們的錯,要跟我們換貨,當我理完自己的情緒之後,發了一封信回給客戶。信裡我點出了客戶的錯誤,輕輕的提到一下,希望他能知難而退,不要欺人太甚,接下來的,就看他怎麼回了,寫完這封信,我整個人都癱了。希望事件可以有驚無險的落幕。

Thank you for your letter. We are very sorry that itemAAA is not suitable for you. However, we need your kindly understanding on this project, because every product we send out is under customer's agreement, if we have no customer's agreement and we send this sample to our customer, that is the mistake we made.

However, we need your kindly understanding that this time we send the itemAAA to you is because that you hope we can send this item to you on November 06,2008.

Please kindly understand be suggested that don't think this should belongs to any one's fault. Please kindly be suggested maybe we can pay more attention on next time how we do can avoid this situation happen again to make both side have the best benefit and efficiency.

Maybe the better way to avoid this situation happen again is help us confirm every specifications are all you need. At the same time, we will use photos in email to describe them. And we need your more patience to confirm the specifications and connection way are as what you need. Please kindly be suggested to agree with our suggestion. Because it can bring both you and us more advantage.

Regard to the projects that you would like to send the itemAAA back for us, we can agree with you at this time. But please kindly be informed that we need your kindly help to pay the sending-back shipping charge for us.

Please kindly understand we originally don't accept this kind request, as the sample is sent under customer's instruction and the products and packages has been used by your side. If the products need to be re-sold,we need to check again and re-package, and I belive there are no customer would like to buy the products that are not new produced.

Please kindly consider not to send back the itemAAA, because you have more items, you can have more chance to promote to your customer. And you can also sold it to other customer's who need digital sinages. If you send the products back, you need to pay more charges on these products.

However, if you insist sending back to us, please kindly be sure the package and accessories need to be totally complete.
